Artika is looking for a FP&A Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the business and financial strategy of the company. This includes strategic analysis of results, short and long term strategic forecasts, product and business performance, pricing strategies, operational infrastructure, funding and debt analysis, expense control and tracking of key business initiatives. The role will focus on planning, reporting and analysis of departmental expenses.
This position will report directly to the CFO.
Product Development Manager
Artika is looking for a Product Development Manager to join its growing team. Reporting to the VP Product Development, your main responsibility will be to plan, lead and coordinate the tasks, costs, timelines and budgets within the product scope and project boundaries, while working collaboratively across the entire organization and with outside collaborators. The ideal candidate is a perceptive and creative leader, as well as a reliable problem-solver and a good communicator able to gather the efforts of various stakeholders in order to deliver excellent products for our customers.
Sourcing and QA Manager – Cambodia
Artika designs, produces and distributes high quality, easy to use and on-trend home improvement products at an exceptional value. We are looking for a candidate to join our Product Development Team as the lead in Cambodia where our supply chain presence is growing. The daily work revolves around sourcing new suitable suppliers while managing open orders, prototype developments and quality assurance initiatives.
Artika is looking for an Industrial Designer to complement its Design Team for lighting products and home accessories. Reporting to the Director of Design, the ideal candidate has strong design abilities, a good comprehension of the mechanics of objects, the understanding of fabrication, and knowledge of the manufacturing process of various materials, mainly metal, glass and plastics. The incumbent will need to be comfortable liaising with multiple departments in a fast pace working environment.
Vice President, Operations

Reporting to the CEO, the VP, Operations is responsible for providing leadership, guidance and control for all activities related to operations and supply chain. In accordance with the strategic guidelines and the company’s management philosophy, the candidate is responsible for developing and implementing short, medium, and long-term operational business plans.
The ideal candidate has strong knowledge in manufacturing and wholesale of consumer goods, is focused on revenue growth and has the abilities of a unifier, developer and communicator. He must understand the company’s business challenges, integrate, and communicate the values, by promoting Artika’s organizational culture and adopting the behaviour of a conscious leader. He leads a team of experienced operations professionals. Endowed with an innovative spirit, the position incumbent will actively participate in the mission to increase market share by providing innovative solutions adapted to customer needs.
This role has an international scope and requires planning and coordination of air, marine and ground transportation and logistics in ten countries, spread on three continents (North America, Asia and Europe).
