Logistics Coordinator

Artika is looking for a Logistics Coordinator.   Reporting to the Director, Logistics and Supply Chain, the ideal candidate will be a highly talented individual with solid work ethic, and experience in a shipping environment.


This individual will be a high-achiever who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement.



  • Manage inbound, outbound, and return shipments;
  • Perform data entry for import and export documentation;
  • Ensure shipment paperwork is compliant with Artika policies;
  • Work with carriers to resolve any logistical issues;
  • Liaise with the brokerage department to resolve any classification issues;
  • Track and trace truck, ocean and air shipments
  • Help organize the warehouse if required;
  • Other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.



  • Bachelor’s or DEC in Commerce
  • Experience handling air & ocean shipments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Ability to multitask;
  • Ability to work under pressure;  
  • English (working proficiency), French is an asset.
