Return Policy Canada and United States:
- Please contact Artika Customer Care to request a return shipping label that will be sent to you via email within five business days.
- Apply the label to your package and take it to your nearest UPS pick-up center
- We strive to refund you as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued upon inspection of the returned item. Per inspection, as long as the product is in new condition and received in its original packaging will all parts, you will be issued a full refund.
Return Policy United Kingdom:
For orders placed within the United Kingdom, please send an email to support@artika.com to request cancellation of your order. We will verify the order status and process your cancellation and refund immediately if the order has not shipped. If your order has already shipped, we will assist you in starting the return process as per the artika.com Return Policy.
To return your items please contact support@artika.com within 14 days of receiving your order. A customer service agent will gladly assist you in providing the necessary information to return your items and receive a refund.
