*Risk-Free Returns Program for Canada and United States
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we understand that sometimes you may not know if the product is going to meet your expectation for the space it was meant for, until you open the box and see it in person.
*To be illegible for the “Risk free return program”, the return must be requested within 30 days of receipt.
We offer pre-paid returns on items able to ship via UPS within 30 days of receipt from within Canadian Provinces (Do not apply to Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut) and from within the 48 Contiguous United States (Do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico).
Return Policy Canada and United States:
- Please contact Artika Customer Care to request a return shipping label that will be sent to you via email within five business days.
- Apply the label to your package and take it to your nearest UPS pick-up center
- We strive to refund you as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued upon inspection of the returned item. Per inspection, as long as the product is in new condition and received in its original packaging will all parts, you will be issued a full refund.
